Great place to learn and train MMA,Muay Thai and BJJ ...The place is clean,all equipment are new and good quality,besides the fact that John, the owner, is a great guy and has great instructors,including the MMA legend José Landy Pelé ..
Was a little weary heading in considering I'm not exactly in shape at the moment, but I couldn't believe how the instructors set the workout up for me to go at a pace I can handle and enjoy, can't wait to get back for more classes!!! Absolutely top notch!
I gotta say John @ AMPED knows exactly what he is doing! I’ve known him for a few years now and his dedication to the sport reflects great credit to his new gym and the classes he runs. I went for the Boot Camp class as well as boxing, and let me tell you I haven’t been that winded from a work out since actual Marine Corps boot camp. It is easy to get to, great location, and just a really nice gym.
We highly recommend this establishment! Master John is awesome with the kids. I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old. Both love taking his classes! We currently pulled our daughter out for the fall because of all her activities and she asks me everyday when is she going back! I have also noticed a huge change in my son since he started his classes! His patience... focusing...awareness... discipline... and most of all him having so much fun! Great job Master John!
